The Truth About Soy

If there was a prize for best all-round nutrient powerhouse, the soybean would definitely be among the frontrunners. its high in many minerals and nutrients that promote good health and is a great source of protein.
Yet the questions remain: Does it have the power to protect against cancer or, on the flip side, could it even cause cancer?
Answer: why soy.
The soybean is a rich source of essential fats, including omega-3s,iron,zinc and a wide range of other minerals, and is rich in vitamin E and many of the B-complex vitamins. it also contains soluble and insoluble dietary fibre, and its top-quailty protein is equal to that found in aniaml foods.Sprout the soybean and you can add vitamin C to its virtues, too some soy productsare also rich in protective substances, including isoflavones ( also called phytoestrogens) The phytoestrogens in soy have a similar action to a very weak dose of oestrogen,a hormone produced by men all ages, and by women before menopause and in smaller quantities after menopause.
what have you learned so far about soybean and other products about soy?
in another way soy is a healthy diet that everyone should take only 100g per day to reduce cancer unless you already do have the cancer it will slow it down.
